About the Role:
A N A Lumpers LLC is looking for hardworking and reliable Lumpers to join their team in Geneva, IL! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment where your physical effort and teamwork make a real impact every day.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload freight, cargo, and merchandise from trucks and trailers
- Move and stack products, pallets, and goods in warehouse or dock areas
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of all shipments
- Follow safety protocols and proper lifting techniques at all times
- Work alongside drivers and warehouse staff to meet tight unloading schedules
- Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on the dock or warehouse floor
Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs repeatedly) and physical labor for extended periods
- Previous lumping, warehouse, or freight handling experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible or early morning hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be able to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout shift
